I'm not a fan of the extension though. It's rather cumbersome with the long plastic extension and not very flexible for anything remotely close to you that you want to utilize the tool for. Plan on approx 3' of inflexibility!

I just expected a smoother user exsperience for the price and brand.

So i decided to buy another one since this one worked so well after so many years. I am very disappointed in the new model. Vacuum is very cheaply made. I don't think it has as much suction. It doesn't hold as much in the canister. I don't know if it will last as long but we will see. In my opinion this is not previous standards of Dyson!

I love it! cant tell you how many time I cleaned the previous vacuum out. This one is awesome! Great cleaning the first time through, I have tested by cleaning one area and then emptying the canister and going back over it again. Hardly anything comes out a second time through.
