Easy to use quite and cleans the clothes and blankets well

I have had this washer for over a month now without any issues. it's very quiet and convenient. bought it as a set along with the dryer. got like $500 off from my local BestBuy store. i like that it's 4.8 cu. ft., which is good when i need to wash comforter/blanket.

We've used this for a month. BestBuy delivered and installed the unit, fast & efficient. I'm by no means an expert on washing machines, I'm just regular joe who wants clean clothes. This unit delivers that, while being quiet & fast. Very easy to use and the controls are self-explanatory. Lots of options for detergents!

It’s been installed for 3 weeks and is working great. The valves are more robust than my previous 13 year old Whirlpool front loader. This necessitates the need for water hammer suppressors on my plumbing due to my high water pressure.

I really like to wash my comforter regularly and would hate having to go to the laundry mat. So I just bought my first house and bought this washer and it fits my king comforter with no problem.

Horrible experience beginning to end. We bought a house August 2024 and purchased washer,dryer and refrigerator in July, all scheduled to be delivered on our move in day. Mid day no one has shown and turns out they needed to reschedule but no one reached out to me. They said it would be weeks until the next delivery appointment. We had a friend pick up the appliances so we wouldnt have to wait and now we also had to install ourselves which was difficult because I was pregnant at the time. To keep this review from being a novel I’ll leave that as the beginning. Now right after the one year limited warranty is up the door lock is broken and keeping the water from draining. We got the lock replaced and it did the same thing immediately with the new lock, so now apparently it’s the motherboard. We aren’t just looking at a new washing machine now unless we replace with the exact same one because our laundry room is so small they have to be stacking and we have the matching dryer. Seems like this is a common issue with this model too so I don’t exactly want to buy another just like it.

I like the design, modern and functional. It cleans the clothes well. The only reasin I put 4 stars instead of 5 is that it seems that the normal operation noise is louder than other washers I have owned.

Don't buy this washer. This is the 2nd one I've had. The first one just up and quit. Had it less than 2 years. Repair technician couldn't fix it. I bought the second one, and now this one that I've had for only 1 1/2 years quit working. At first the door wouldn't open and now the washer won't even start. There's something terribly wrong with the computer.

The dryer has been great. The washer we have had to have Geek squad look at because it turns itself on in the middle of the night. After they came the first time to adjust it, it turned on again within 24 hours. We did factory reset etc to no avail. Geek squad and Best buy customer service was amazing and Chad went above and beyond with his partner helping. And they got the door reversed before they came out to save time and hooked up a replacement one. Time will tell. We will update this review as we experience any difference with the new one.

I haven't owned this for very long but so far so good. The machine is pretty quiet. I like that it has wifi and tells me when the load is done on the app on my phone. The ultravent fresh feature keeps the washer dry after using. Best buy installation service was great as always.

We received this washer as an exchange for a Samsung Washer that died after 3 months. I can say this is the best exchange ever! Bigger, reliable, and has the Vent System so we don't have to worry about molding on the inside rim. Highly recommend buying this.

This has more than met our expectations. The laundry comes out cleaner, and softer than our old top loader.

Very happy with it. Easy to use, connects to WiFi and an app to give you updates when it’s done. Cleans great has an intuitive self cleaning mode

Like the venting that is built into the machine. No need to leave the washer door open to avoid odors in the tub.

Good washing machine. Love the ultrafresh vent feature. Size is great. Clothes come out fresh. It is noisier than expected.

I wouldn't say I love this washer but it gets the job done. I need to use fragrance-free soap due to skin allergies so when the clothes come out they don't smell clean - they don't smell like anything necessarily - so maybe that's a good thing? I don't notice the clothes dirty after they wash and I use the UltraFresh vent frequently to help prevent a mildew smell. I am anti-Samsung and LG so I'm hoping GE meets my expectations.

This washer has a great capacity especially for towels, small rugs and bedding. Doesn't get off balance. Cleans well. Easy to use. Recommend!

Machine is quiet and efficient. I love that I can set my preferred cycle and don't need to think when doing regular laundry
