Piece of JUNK

Mother board replaced, motor replacement, and it's broken again. We're waiting for another technician to come out, AGAIN. Every time I call for service it takes a week or two to come put & another 1-3 weeks to get the part in. We've spent over $1,000 at our local laundromat; where I've met a nice group of gals,but id rather be doing my laundry at home and saving the time and money. I could have bouth a new washer by now. All this expense in less than ONE year, plus I even paid for the extended warranty. These companies should be ashamed selling JUNK like this.

Vibration and Noise

Posted .We are glad to hear you were able to have your new washer replaced due to it vibrating and the sound level. To help with the the new unit, we are glad to provide some tips that may help. First, push and pull on the back right and then back left of your washer to check if it is level. If the washer is uneven, adjust the rubber leveling legs so they are all firmly touching the floor and locked in place. If a load happens to get unbalanced, pause the unit, open the door and manually redistribute the load.
NOTE: The washer is designed to move 1/4” to reduce forces transmitted to the floor. This movement is normal.

I already had a GE front load but it was 16 years old. I went with this one because I had such good luck with GE. I love that it has microban around the door so no mildew will form. It’s easy to use and works well.

This GE set is great quality and I love the fact that I can control my washer and dryer with an app. My husband and I were able to put everything together ourselves and had no problem. NOTE: the dryer does not come with the wiring to plug it in. I was not told by Best Buy that it did not come with that. I was only told if I used the delivery guys that it would be an additional price of $100+ and I was not about to spend that if we could do it ourselves. Other than that everything with this washer and dryer is great and I have no complaints!

Initial water load bang

The clothes didn’t seem feel clean….I was disappointed to learn it’s not made by anymore. So you can definitely see or feel some quality flaws. I bought matching washer dryer so both had to go back. If you are looking for good size, this is good for it. But again didn’t feel clothes got cleaned that well.
