I ended up returning it and replaced it with LG. The clothes didn’t seem feel clean….I was disappointed to learn it’s not made by anymore. So you can definitely see or feel some quality flaws. I bought matching washer dryer so both had to go back. If you are looking for good size, this is good for it. But again didn’t feel clothes got cleaned that well.

Purchased not one but two in 2024. First one failed 11 months and 20 days to be exact from purchased. Board has to be replaced under warranty... Waited 3 weeks for the repair. 1 week later the other won't drain water. Certified dump Don't waste your money!!!! RUN

Really like our new washer. Works well and is very easy to operate. Lots of settings, which is great, but I do miss having a "spin" only setting, rather than just the "rinse & spin" setting. Other than that, am very happy with this purchase.

I recomend my machine because is the best store with that products are shipper.

A few weeks in - we have nothing but great comments on our washer and dryer combo. It looks amazing, works amazingly and it doesn’t have that cheap plastic feeling some washer and dryers have. This thing is solid. The guys delivering it even said: “wow, this thing is heavy” and I imagine they deliver tons of washer and dryers.

Very impressed with this washer so far. I read all the reviews and did a lot of research prior to my purchase. The unit is quiet, door does not leak, and cleans clothes well. The app is great to update the software and see usage, but I turned off notifications.

We received the absolute best service and shopping experience buying a front load washing machine from Matt in the Casper Wyoming store. Matt was extremely knowledgeable about all of the inventory, features and delivery options. I will ask for him specifically for our next appliance purchase!

Good washer and we really like the Wifi connection telling us when its almost done with the cycle and when it's finally done. We see moisture on the door after the vent system works but zero mildew smell afterwards.

I love this washer, my husband made me a beautiful wood pedestal with drawers that pull out, I don’t have to bend over anymore, it’s very easy to use, uses less water, only thing is I’m not supposed to use tide pods, that part kinda stinks but I really do love it!

The delivery man would not put it on the pedestal for us other than that everything was good

This a good washer. The glass part tho gets dirty on the bottom if you don’t clean it frequently it gets like this yucky muck on it and it makes the washer smell. Other than that it’s a good washer and I like that I can set a specific time to wash my clothes.

Been using the washer for about a year now. Working perfectly. It's in my basement but, I barely here it running during any of it's cycles. Never needed to rewash anything. WiFi application has proven very handy and develops good history.

Smooth and easy! Favorite part is the ultravent system so you never have to worry about mold buildup! Which is a big deal living in the South!

I normally don't like GE appliances but this washer has been great. Love the design, the moisture remover and the additional cycles. I hope it last longer than my last few ge appliances, which were not good

I absolutely love this washer. It's so nice to not have to take our bulky king sized comforter to the laundromat.

We had a 29-year old Kenmore and figured it was time. We debated top-load or front-load and ended up getting the 550 series washer and dryer. So far it has performed as expected. There's more than enough settings and fine-tuning controls. We wipe down the gasket after using and have had no mold issues. The app is decent.

Great washer. Only thing I don't get is we got the matching dryer and the dryer has Bluetooth, but the washer doesn't. Very odd, but does not effect how well the washer works.

Only used 1 day so far. The product overall appears well built and has all the functions we need. I would have given it a 5 star but delivery and install were an absolute nightmare. Would not recommend purchasing anything you can't pick up or carry out yourself as Best Buys contracted delivery and installation companies they use are horrible. Significant damage to our brand new home which we have a pending claim in for. No doubt will end upnin court.

I like that it is quiet. Still learning about the refresh, but glad it has the option. Cleans and spins nicely.
