One Small downside is the ultra vent can take up to 8 hours. You can hear the water noise in the beginning of the cycle but it’s not loud to the point where it is annoying. Best Buy delivery was fine. The delivery people were a bit fussy about moving it up one flight of stairs but ultimately got it where it needed to be.

Love the venting option as most front loaders suffer from mold. The typical solution is to keep your door open which is kind of annoying

My deliver that was scheduled for 12/27/25 not so much… I received confirmation for delivery at 6:00a.m with text alerts my window was between 3 and 7 with confirmation of delivery at 3:44 by Eric… I was supposed to get up dates with any changes… I didn’t hear anything.. called customer service ended the call at 6:33 p.m with empty promises that management would get back to me within an hour… never heard from anyone… disconnected my old washer as instructed to do so… and still did not receive my new washer they told me delivery would now be Jan 3rd 2026 I am furious

I was told to measure dimensions which is my fault but the machine was too deep to fit properly in my washer & dryer room. A good salesman would have pointed that out. Also old machine was not hauled off. Again I was not told by salesman that was an extra charge so old machine left on carport. I would have paid for haul off if told.

This Best Buy store is well stocked with a variety of models for us to choose from. Corey Maldinado was our sales representative. He was professional & knowledgeable of the products, helpful and friendly when we had subsequent requests. We would like to recommend this Best Buy store 100%.
