Xbox review - Compared to the hyper X cloud wireless, turtle beach stealth 700 wireless and the 600, this headset is an absolute beast. The comfort is off the charts. That was the main issue I had with previous headsets. And it’s a deal breaker, and should be if you’re a marathon gamer. The sound is incredible. The mic clear with no static. I do like being able to retract the mic. And I love the red led light on the mic when it’s muted. Ear cups are super comfy. Headband is so comfy it’s barely noticeable. Metal detachable caps on the headphones and a metal headband cover make a very durable headset. I am impressed. They are a bit pricy, but worth the money.

An absolute banger of a headset! I love the design and sleekness of the design. Headsets nowadays seem too clunky and flashy looking but this headset is clean and sleek. The pleather ear cuffs are great and comfortable but aren't as tough as I would like. They're almost too soft. The removable battery pack is great because you can take out the dead one and add the charged one in no time. The second battery pack actually stores and charges in the audio dock which is awesome. I can listen to XBOX audio and computer audio at the same time which is ana amazing feature and you have to use the SONAR technology in the SteelSeries program to get the most out of these headphones. The headphones out of the box sound great but when you play around with the SONAR settings and find the perfect sound for you and the task you are listening to, it is game changing. Now for my CONS which are very minimal other than one. A con is obviously the price. They are typically listed at 350 and I think that is just crazy high. I was lucky enough to get them at 250 and I think they are well worth that price. My next con is the retractable mic. This is mainly me being picky but I would prefer one to just flip up and down but I think the goal here is to also have these to carry to the airport, gym, or other places where a mic might look weird to have so this feature allows for the flexibility of both gaming and everyday activities. Lastly and probably the biggest con is the inability to switch between SONAR settings on the doc. I have two settings, gaming and normal computer/music use. As of now, you have to manually go in the SONAR app and switch your settings between the two in my case. It would be awesome to be able to toggle between the two on the docking station instead of having to use the app. Overall a fantastic product and I am glad to have pulled the trigger on these.

Good quality of sound and good battery life recommended

Lets start with Pros & Cons and I'll go into detail later. As a comparisons these are the other headsets I own and use on a daily basis Razer Blackshark V2 Pro [Wireless] THX Onyx[DAC] paired with Sennheisers 6xx or Sony XM4's This headset I used ONLY on PC since PC is the only way to get the full experience anyway even stated by them Pros: - SteelSeries finally made a headset for all sizes - Upgrade from previous mics - Upgrade in its materials for the headset - Swappable Batteries so you can keep gaming without stopping - Comfort is hit or miss explained later - These things get nice and loud - Out of the box audio settings are decent CONS- You have to download the Sonar app on your pc to get the full use for these headphones. Which in return the steel series will take control for all audio no matter what your using. - The hinges on the headset when it connects to the drivers still made of plastic which was a problem on the arctis pro - Depending on your ears they will touch the drivers directly and I could not play for more then 10-20 minutes without readjusting the headphones so that my ears are not touching the drivers - Using the app "their" recommended equalizer settings are overkill on some games and especially music so you will have to keep tuning to your preference I suggest just doing this from the start - The bluetooth for this only supports SBC which is one of the lowest quality bluetooth codecs it doesnt even support the bare minimum APTxHD your paying 350 for a headset and it doesnt even give u good bluetooth audio At a fraction of the cost if your in for a good headset only for PC I recommend the BlackShark V2 Pros those are better in -Audio-Comfort-MIC-THX Spatial audio- the only thing that headset doesnt do is bluetooth

Like yhe title says, these were a much needed upgrade from the A50s i had been using. They are comfortable, sound amazing, i have yet to lose connection even for a moment, and with 2 swappable batteries, there is zero limit to play time. They are the best headset I've owned, and with their aesthetic, they pass as regular headphones if worn outside of the house.

Traded in my Astro A50 for these. I absolutely love this headset. The sound quality and the ability to EQ through the interface is great. I find these to be very comfortable while playing for hours at a time, voice quality is great, way too many features to say no. Did I mention that I never run out of battery because I can swap and charge while playing???!!!

Having the option to adjust the volume on both the receiver and the headset is nice. Also, clicking the volume button on the receiver or headset, to switch between overall volume and chat volume is a nice touch. Probably the biggest feature, is the virtually endless battery life, by having a removable battery, with a second one charging in the receiver. Quick to swap and be back to a full charge, while the other battery charges. There are plenty of adjustments that can be made within the application on the pc. The audio sounds great, and the mic is clear.

Must have for any gamer period!! Perfect sound, comfortable, battery lasts FOREVER, and one is charging while you're using the other, and even at full volume blast and connected to two devices, you cannot drain the battery faster than youd charge the other 5 times over. Best headset ive ever used, and ive broken and tried over 20. Thanks fortnite

Best headset I’ve ever owned, used for both my xbox and my pc ! Hear all sounds that’s needed to be heard and has a great feel , can wear multiple hours and never make ur ears or head tired !! The exchangeable batteries also are a plus especially if u forget to charge because a battery is always charging

Excellent sound and solid microphone makes this an excellent all around headset. The wireless aspect is amazing and the extra battery is very convenient.

Picked these up on sale to pair with the software I already had. Very comfortable. The ability to control how your sound is received, delivered, etc is a dream. My only *complaint* if you can call it that, is when listening at higher volumes, it doesnt FEEL louder? I don't know if this is good or bad, but it is. Still 5/5 and would highly reccomend.

Excellent headset, i love the fact that it has batter packs versus charging it on a stand, and audio quality is amazing. Love the fact i can use this with my xbox and PC at the same time. Easy to set up as well. Would recommend to buy, the xbox version works with any console so look at which version your buying

Great headset. Love the auto swap between Xbox and PC depending on which is currently on. Also like the dual Bluetooth and console/PC functionality. Great sound quality as well.

4.5 rating. Got it for a great deal thanks to best buy price match. Love using the dual wireless/bluetooth to play my games and listen to videos on my phone and the seanless transition between playing and answering a call and going back into chat is just so convenient Swapping batteries and never not having charge to play or enjoy media is great. Only wish the app worked for this model. Requires a pc to maximize sound profiles beyond basic presets or basic custom setting via DAC. If added app support sould be 5/5
