These headphones straight out of the box don’t have the best preset equalizer options.. if you use sonar app you can adjust your own equalizer setting. They’re quite expensive but the quality is great. They’re also pretty comfortable. All in all these headphones are great and have been treating me well without any problems. Recommend 9/10

Without question, the best sound quality in gaming headsets on the market today. I’ve tried so many gaming headsets and I have to say Steel series comfort, style, sound clarity is second to none… they check every box there is. 10/10 for sure.

Product was what I needed for my gaming experience. Info says not wireless and requires plugin to remote. Not the case. I have dock connected via usb to Xbox and can run wireless to Xbox off of that. As well you can have bt connected at same time.

After having many different headsets over many years for my consoles. This is the best one by far. The battery life on one battery is long. After gaming a few hours, few days a week. Not a lot of gaming. I am able to swap out batteries once a week. The audio quality is fantastic. Much better bass response than other Steelseries headsets. These work great connected to a cell phone. And while they are not as good dedicated headphones for music. They are still pretty decent. On Battlefield I am able to pinpoint footsteps and shot location. I can even do so while listening to music off of my cell phone. Yes, these are expensive. But they are good enough to not only work as your headset, but also as headphones. And with the premium design. They don’t look as out of place out and about.

Crisp sound, great battery life, comfortable and has decent ANC

So theres these and the elites, now are the elites better? Yes...but are they $200 better? Depends...the ANC on the elites is unparalleled from any headset Ive used so if you play in a noisy environment thats the only thing that would truly make up the value. Audio is better on the elites, but its only really noticeable in testing

This headset is really nice. Fits comfortably on my head. The sound is great. The ANC could be a bit better but don't mind since I am not always using it. Wireless is great so you aren't restricted to a length with a cord.

Love this headset lightest and comfiest headset I’ve used and the sonar software is amazing with i can litterally get bass to make the headset rumble or get it to where i can here footsteps in the next room and i love the batterie switching i game close to 6 hours a day while using bluetooth and the 2.4ghz to my computer and only drop to 50% but i swap the batterie cause i also use it while at work it really is my most fave headset you really get your moneys worth out if your willing to drop 350 but it did go on sale for 250 on Amazon prime and bestbuy so keep your eyes out if you see it drop down that low

I really enjoy the headset it’s great quality and I like the switchable batteries to keep playing and then changing the other. The batteries last really long before charging also the app features are great

Coming off of the ASTRO A50's 3rd Gen, this was a major upgrade! I had to continuesly tune the A50's if I was playing a shooter, an RPG, listening to music, or watching movies. These... It's got a separate music profile/game profile, and it will switch automatically. As far as the SteelSeries Sonar virtual sound, I can locate EXACTLY where people are on the map from their footsteps in COD/APEX/Valorant. It's night and day... That, and the fact that I can just swap the battery when they start to die versus having a cable hooked up with my A50's. I was waiting to get them on a sale to save myself $50, but at the end of the day, it's worth every penny.

(Out of box) First impression: 1-10 *Sound - 8.9 >great audio, not insane. *Fit - 9 >Headband feels great, too shallow of ear cups (I have average sized ears) *Build - 8 >No insane premium feel…but well built *Convenience - 9 >useful everywhere not just gaming, stealthy. *Easy of use - 9.5 > from the buttons to the hub pretty easy to navigate, just shy of plug and play. *Features - 9.8 >Very thoughtful and thought out everything you should need, take care of them and they should have some real longevity. Not sure if they’re completely $337 worthy but I paid $300 for the Astro A50 and this is definitely a step up in quality/convenience 8.5/10 (out of box) - .75 for underwhelming build quality. - .75 for sound (out of box)

I purchased this headset for my PlayStation 5 Slim and I definitely am glad I did! The sound quality is perfect in my opinion and they are very comfortable around my ears. This product is a prime example of “you get what you pay for”. If you spend a little bit more money, you can afford a quality product like this. If you just purchased a new PlayStation or Xbox and you’re looking for a good headset and cost isn’t an issue, definitely go with these!

Great sound quality, comfortable and easy to set up. I always have battery since you can charge one while you use the other one.

I love the sound quality and customization, the engine can be a little buggy sometimes but seems the new update fixed it.. i did not give 5 stars because the are almost too tight on your head and will cause headaches after a while especially if you wear glasses like i do,

Works very nice. Sound quality is good and can be used with multiple consoles and don’t even have to switch wires and on top of everything i can answer to calls from my phone while playing. Works with x box , ps5, nintendo switch

It great for people who forget to turn off the headphones or don’t want to wait to charge their headphones. The best way to explain what you can connect them to a console and a computer at the same time and the battery fully charges way before the other dies

I love this headset. I was unsure of spending so much money on this but after getting it and using it for months I love the quick switch battery and the audio tuner. I play lots of games with friends and sometimes need to hear my in game audio more and you can easily twist the game audio up and no longer hear your friends screaming over you game audio

Outstanding feel and comfort. Great battery life. Amazing batter swap feature. Audio quality is good but sometimes miss high quality audio connections as this one is only USB but very good software.

At the time I'm writing this review the headset retails before tax at 350$ so close to 380$ after tax. I've owned this headset for about a month and a half. I CANNOT say this headset is worth the money. *****I use this headset on Xbox and PC****** My biggest complaint is the power button on the headset does multiple things: 1. Turns the ANC OFF and ON (single click) 2. Turns the transparent mode ON and OFF (double click) And 3. Then turns the power off and on. (hold button) The cool LED display they have does not show you if you ANC IS TURNED OFF OR ON you just have to know. Same goes for transparent mode LED display does NOT tell you if its turned on but that honestly is very obvious when turned on. This button you use isn't the most responsive to be honest it feels cheap it sometimes takes me multiple tries to turn the ANC back on after I noticed I turned it off. I think I accidently turn the ANC OFF when trying to power down the headset. This headset needs a dedicated power button or switch. Alright now for the other not great things this headset does but cost 350$. There is a microphone in both ear pieces that can touch your ear. I don't have big ears by any means but I find myself having to have the headset just right or my ear will ever so slightly be touching which is a small thing but this headset cost 350$ so I'm gonna pick. Another dumb thing is that you can put these batteries in the charger backwards. I did it when I first got the headset and it got stuck in the charger. I had to do some serious finessing to get it out which cause some scratching to happen around the charger. My mistake ill take the blame but it was very easy to slide into the wrong spot and get stuck. That's my only point there. I feel like I'm missing some stuff but that's about all the problems I see in this headset. It does do a lot of things right and the sound quality is good. I just feel like the price is too much.
