Awesome sound quality. Good mic quality. Battery life is awesome 2nd battery always charged before 1st dies.

Love it so far, headphones are crystal clear. The swappable batteries with charging dock are my favorite part. Don't have to remember to charge it between gameplay.

They sound great and the battery is oretty decent too. I use then for work in a wfh setting, very easy to set up and no complaints from my IT.

This is my second pair. They are great. My grandson uses them every day and wore the first pair out.

Sound Quality: Excellent, Materials: Excellent, Fit: Excellent, Design: Button layout on headsrt makes muting and volume control intuitive. Awkward covers come off on both sides for hot swapping batteries and access to built in charging: awkward, clumsy, questionable choice. Value: Your paying out the nose for features that should be standard fair/ baseline for all gaming headsets. Unfortunately you will not likely find a better headset on the market for this application.

I have the original Arctis Pro and I do like these in some ways better and in other ways not. I did choose the Xbox version as the PS5 can utilize the second USB port. There seem to be microphone issues with the Xbox in this configuration, hopefully, a firmware update will fix this down the road. The old version was easier to interface to my TV over optical as well if I didn't want to use the console specifically - not sure how I'll make this one work in that mode without some kind of optical-to-headphone adapter.

Great product with outstanding sound qaulity. Bit finicky with some of the controls especially with the bluetooth. And the software could be a bit better. Overall good product.

Upgrading from the old Razer Blackshark to Steelseries Arctis Pros has been truly gamechanging in terms of audio quality. Adjustable headband makes it so it doesn’t squeeze your head like many other headsets, and the Steelseries Sonar allows you to tweak sound settings for individual games and application such as EQ, Volume, Base, etc.

okay because it is over priced. i barely use wireless because i play pc with a xlr mic so i want monitoring. good sound quality tho

The active noise cancelation is garbage and uncomfortable so I turned it off. Sound quality and physical comfort is 10/10.

I partially downgraded to this from the Sony WH1000XM4 which were my main PC headphones, the reason being that cables are extremely annoying. It does an excellent job at being wireless with no perceptible latency and the battery swap system is ingenious. However, there is a very faint hissing when it should be silent; this is something that is common on other wireless devices but it's still annoying when this is a $350 product. In addition, it's noticeably heavier and the audio quality is slightly worse than the WH1000XM4. These are fair tradeoffs considering this has to also add in wireless functionality for the same price, but it's something to keep in mind.

Sound quality is solid and I don’t mind the Steel Series GG application- lightweight and easy to navigate. The swappable battery is great feature. Comfort is lacking for price, they are tight on the head and the ear cups don’t provide a ton of space.

overall best headset i have used to date i dont know how to charge the batteries by them selves tho but the quality of this headset is amazing and they are very simple but clean looking pair these with wicked cushions and they are almost perfect

I love these headsets, there are so many great features that i appreciate when using these head sets. I have the docking station connected to both my xbox and PC at the same time so it is flawless to switch between them and the ability to hot swap the 2 batteries it comes with means I never have toi worry about charging. 10/10

Amazing sound quality, i cannot have the volume turned all the way up like other headsets because it's too loud.
