My husband even noticed a difference in the clothes although our previous washer was a samsung as well. We had it for 13 years and then the motor went out. This washer has a 20 year warranty and the clothes are bringer and softer.

It has plenty of room for the loads we typically have and in addition to the standard and some nonstandard load types, it also has a self cleaning setting. There’s a pleasant song chime that you can disable if you don’t like, to alert you when the load is done.

Good washer but Nothing special, I previously owned a GE and LG and preferred them both over this machine. It does have a steam feature, and has large capacity. I got this on sale and I would not pay full retail price. I prefer my old GE model. There’s nothing wrong with it, but nothing spectacular about it either. If you catch a good sale, I’d recommend.
