I was on the fence about getting a front load but so far so good. I love this one. I would definitely get it again. Just in case you are concerned with water retention as long as you leave the door open for a few hours after you are done washing for the day to let it air dry you won't have any issues.

We absolutely love this! Easy to set up, fast wash cycles, aesthetically pleasing. It fits well in our small laundry room space. Top of the unit scratches very easily and that's our only complaint.

I really like my new Samsung 5.0 wash washing machine. It is quiet, multiple wash settings, and very efficient. It does a great job on sheets and blankets, which is why I bought it in the first place. I would recommend this product to anyone.

This is a great machine with the versatility that is needed for the family. It is quick and easy to use. The machine doesn’t have a loud noice when functioning. The app is an added feature that I still need to explore in order to do presets and other functions.
