    Horrible. I purchased the package. the washer DOES NOT spin properly and the dryer DOES NOT fully dry the clothes. I called Best Buy 2 weeks after receiving and scheduled a return/exchange (was supposed to happen tomorrow) the person who took the call DID not process the transaction and I call best buy today to check on status of delivery and find out there's nothing in the system. Won't get a new unit until mid March now. SHould've purchased an LG, had one for 10 years, worked perfectly. Never had issues with it.

    My experience with BestBuy is the worst ever. I really like rate this a zero. 3 supposed attempts at delivery and 3 times never delivered without any notification that they were running late or weren't going to make it. Then in speaking with the customer care team there was absolutely no concern, acknowledgement or regard for customer care. They simply wanted to make a 4 attempt at delivery in a business as usual manners, as if the 3 other attempts were never made. No concessions given for my time, where I was made to take off from work for the 3 days. Even on the day of delivery, there is no one that you can call to speak with to track a delivery status. I will never purchase another item from the BestBuy store and will share this experience with as many other individuals as possible.

    Wouldn't purchase again, We were hoping that the front loaders had come a long way since 2009. But they have not. It does not seem to clean as well as my top loaders and it has a smell. It also gives an error code very often even though its new and no lines are kinked.

    DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MACHINE! It only has a 1 year warranty they say they will cover parts for 20 years but they do not cover labor. It costs more to repair than to buy another one. 2 years to the date almost and the computer does not work there is no power coming from the machine and what was in it is gone because you cannot open the door worst purchase of an expensive set for nothing.

    Don’t buy! Busted after one and half years!

    After only 1 1/2 years of owning this machine, we developed issues with it draining properly. We called out a plumber thinking maybe we had a clog in our pipes; nope definitely not clog. Unbelievable that a new machine would already being having such a major malfunction; conveniently after the 1 year warranty. By the time we pay for service to come out and fix it, it will cost half the price of a brand new product. Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely never buying any Samsung product again.

    The worst washing machine you can buy. After fifteen days of buying it, the washing machine suddenly started to vibrate very strongly out of control. I called the BEST BUY store to return it and it couldn't be done because more than fifteen days had passed, so I called the Samsung technicians for the warranty and they simply didn't answer me. I recommend to everyone who has time to DO NOT BUY IT.
