The process was very stress free to me - I worried about delivery time, but it ended up arriving early; I worried about missing the trade-in deadline, and it ended up being processed very quick after arriving the facility.

I was hesitant to move to an apple computer as I grew up with Microsoft. I am glad to say everything has been a seamless transition and I can still you multiple Microsoft applications that I am familiar with. So worth it for me!!!
