Read several reviews indicating that the base model is slower due to slower ssd drive however for my needs web browsing, using MS Word, uploading photos to the cloud and other typical tasks the laptop is amazing. Coming from 2015 13 inch MacBook pro. Laptop is quiet which I love, my wife has the last intel MacBook air and it is extremely noisy computer with its fans

This macbook is a great laptop. I love the fingerprint login and it works great! I wish it would have came with an opportunity to buy applecare ☹️ As far as Best But goes…it was a fast and very easy pick up!

This is my first Mac and I feel grateful to be starting out with a user friendly and versatile model. My experience with the computer would not have been the same had I not had the help and knowledge from the Best Buy Tech Team Canoga Park, CA (shout out) They answered all my questions, and set up my computer so I was ready to go. I like the various features found in Word Document, specifically on formatting essays. It doesn’t just provide you with the template, it educates you on why the structure is specific to a certain style of writing Ex// APA vs MLA Style writing. Also, if you’re going to buy a product from Best Buy treat yourself to their Total Tech program. Lastly, regarding dislikes from my purchase, I am still learning the ins and out of my computer so I don’t have any constructive criticisms to offer.

It is great, I love the color of it and it’s easy to use.

Great price on my MacBook Air, but I will send it to Apple if I need any repairs done. At my local store there is actually a sign that tells you there will be a 2-3 week turn-around time if you let Best Buy do the repairs. Best Buy has good prices, but they are sadly lacking when it comes to Apple product repairs.

macOS is an agile, stable and intuitive system. Due to their quality and durability, these devices, even used, end up having a higher value than others in the segment, which can be a differentiator for those looking for an assertive investment that will not drop in price so quickly.
