Excellent customer service. My granddaughter absolutely loves it. It's small and she enjoys the connectivity with all of her Apple products. This is great because this is her first year in college.

Bought this one for my wife for Christmas. After buying one for myself two or three months ago I knew she would enjoy the MacBook Air. None of the slow start ups, endless lengthy updates and background activity associated with Microsoft. It's basically like operating your iPhone but it's a PC. Yay! I do a lot of writing and "pages" became my favorite word processing type tool within minutes because within in seconds I figured it out on my own and was working. So easy! So far I love everything about it. It is light, bright, and the battery life is awesome. Great value.

computer is nice, customer service could have been better. When I picked it up the cashier did not give me a bag, I asked for a bag with it and she just handed me the computer, and then handed me a bag to bag it myself. Not a huge deal but a big purchase would expect a little bit better customer service

I like it very much the computer works well. The only problem I had was with the speak to text part but other than that it works very good. The battery does drain quickly, however but as expected I’m using it all the time.

this is a nice step up from the m1 macbook air. The change from usb-c to magsafe is a major impovement as quite a few friends had their chargers snap off in their m1 which damaged the main board. the keyboard seems to be improved over the m1. the only reason i bought this was because the cost to repair the screen pannel of the m1 costs over half of the cost of the m2 air.

Best computer to switch to, especially for people in college.

It can get slow every so often and lag, but a quick restart fixes everything. Otherwise it’s been amazing

The mac has helped me through so much homework. Since I am a very simple user I don’t mind all the features and what the mac doesn’t have.

I feel lile its great overall, will get all your needs. Great battery too. But i just wish it had the tocuh bar

This is my first Mac after using windows at work for many years. The transition has been rough, but the product is solid and stable. I am sure that after I get used to it the product will exceed my expectations.
