Best buy uses this service called "Roadie" that provides little transparency as to when you can expect your order to be delivered. I'd recommend picking up in store.

Full of fingerprints and food crumbs?? Insane. Even if it was an open box product, you'd fully expect them to at least clean it. Shipping was not great. The laptop itself was in good condition, but that's the minimum expectation if I paid for one in excellent condition. Had heard that their refurbished and open box products were a bit sketchy, so thankfully my experience was not as bad as others I've seen. Definitely won't buy any pricy tech from them online again...

This is my first Apple laptop and the processing is horrible. Computer freezes for large files and just overall is very slow when you need a lot of tabs open, even gmail makes it lag. Unfortunate.

The Bluetooth does not recognize some of my devices. The speed is fine. It didn't sync some of my files. Positives - the look is clean, lightweight and decent graphics.
