    I’ve only had this laptop for four months and the screen has already went out $984 down the drain. This is definitely unacceptable. As you can see on the pic at the bottom of screen there is gray and black lines and faint line going through the screen

    Great laptop… when it worked. Had it for 15 months before the computer COMPLETELY died on me. Was using it one morning all fine and dandy, then the next second screen goes black, nothing works anymore. Apple was not helpful, and the woman who sold me this computer told me that I would be covered for 2 years with geek squad for this purchase. I am not, and out $1100 for a computer that died.
