I have had this laptop for a little over a month and am already having issues. The screen “shakes” and will turn black out of nowhere but is still running. It’s not the screen saver or in sleep mode because it happens in the middle of using it. Absolute waste of money.

worked for a year and a half and then just shut off. and wont come back on

I bought this to replace a 2014 Macbook Pro. What a huge mistake I made. I mainly use my notebook to work online and work with photo editors like photopad and photoshop. This computer struggles on those programs hugely. While I am trying to do anything on those programs I get the wait sign so I cannot smoothly edit anything. I figured this notebook would handle such basic tasks like photo editing which this fails at. I now feel like I have a $1100 paperweight because this notebook is useless to me since I earn a living online selling products and need to edit every image I shoot. DO NOT BUY THIS IF UNLESS ALL YOU DO IS SURF THE INTERNET BECAUSE IT IS USELESS OTHERWISE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR STUDENTS ESPECIALLY

Cool Laptop apple has made. This one is actually not bad and works great with editing applications.

It's a beautiful machine, but I'm just too old to learn how to use it. 20 years on and off PC use.

I’ve had this laptop since January and it now does not hold any sort of charge. Nothing is working. I’m extremely disappointed

I purchased this "open box" MacBook because it was rated as excellent condition and certified working as new by best buy. Unfortunately when I received it it would only work when plugged in even thought the battery was 100% charged. I had to ship it to Apple to have it repaired.

Notable difference in the M2. Key board is 1000x better than the 2020 MacBook Pro.

It’s clumsy & not very user friendly. To have two pages next to each other you have go up and open a new window.
