It’s ok. The noise cancellation sometimes feels like going deaf in one ear or another.

They are selling inauthentic products. I will be returning this laptop and will advise everyone else to return theirs and avoid the hassle of buying fake inauthentic products from Best Buy. They sold me an inauthentic AirPod pro with this laptop. So now I’m not sure if the laptop is inauthentic too. I will find out when I try to return and they refuse like they did with the AirPod.

Very disappointed. Purchased and returned within two weeks. Laptop quit working. Completely froze up. Extremely disappointed

Please don’t trust Best Buy because I have ordered MacBook laptop on Nov 24 2023 till now Dec 14 2023 I have not received the order but got a mail like it delivered on Dec 1st by FedEx I haven’t received the order when I contact Best Buy they told me they will place the replacement and process but till now not processed and I got mail like can’t refund or replacement.

My only disappointment was my Mac book pro was only 3 years old and it completely failed. The Geek Squad was very helpful when it came to purchasing a new computer.

Could be a lot better, the innovation from Apple has stopped. While I enjoy the software the hardware is just not there anymore.

Not happy with the computer. I bought it for my son as a gift and it doesnt work. He took it back and wad told to go to the Apple store. Yes its still under warranty but he needed it. I have bought 2 computers from Best Buy and never had a problem.

I love this laptop. It's so much lighter than the Pro (obviously). I feel like it's faster too, but that could also be because it's new. It's sleek, slim, and the midnight selection is so much better than the original options.

this is a gift that has not been opened yet, but my husband loves Mac products so I'm sure he will be happy with this one, as he asked for one!

Not satisfied with the item or the post purchase customer survive. I wish I had purchased it from Apple Store.

1st ever i bought brand new macbook air13.6" and numbers key on key board are not responding i didn't pay this price to use only virtual key board plus there were alot of software glitches going on so this item is going back

I purchased this laptop a little over 3 months ago. I have used it maybe 5 times. It will now not power on. So disappointed!

This Laptop is amazing! it has a wonderful operating system and is a strong outside. I think the color is a great color also

The battery runs out fast, a full charge use can used for 4~5 hours.

I love the computer now that I have a feel for it. This is my first Mac and I had no idea how to do the touchpad.

After a month of use, a line has appeared in the middle of the screen, and from the middle down the screen becomes intermittent

I just bought this laptop less than one month, it’s keyboard can’t work. It’s annoying.

MacBook looks amazing but nothing I tried would get it to connect to my Xfinity router. I spent two full days trying to get this to work and I’m stressed. Watched countless YouTube videos to try and fix the issue and used Apple support to no avail. I really wanted a MacBook but I’ll go back to PC as it connects without having to have a degree for IT.

We bought it when it was still on sale online, was charged full price and was then told the sale price would not be honored.

not an apple user and remembered why. I cannot make this thing work.
