this computer came damaged very bad product from Best Buy

Beautiful laptop in plain sort of way, solid construction, blazing fast, apple quality product. Bit of a fingerprint magnet on top but y’know you can just kinda wipe it off and such from time to time.

Screen was too small . Not worth the price. Very disappointed

A few days after receiving our shipment, our computer won’t charge.

I recently bought the M2 MacBook Air when the device went on Total Tech Pricing. Before buying the M2 MacBook Air, I was using the Surface Pro 9 which was purchased under the Total Tech pricing. The Surface Pro 9 was a great device, but the MacOS experience vs the PC experience is no comparison. Apps and programs just work cleaner and more polished than what would you find on any PC. I have owned Macbooks before, however, at the time when I purchased the Surface Pro 9, it was better priced than the MacBook Air M2. The benefit of the Surface Pro 9 over the MBA M2 is the fact that it is a two in 1. However, being a two-in-one means that it's not perfect at being either a tablet or laptop. The work I do on the MBA M2 is all done through the web browser, and my Web Browser of choice is Chrome. Chrome just works better on MacOS than on a PC. A PC still wants you to use Edge, Bing, and now BIng Chat. MacOS when you install Chrome gets out of the way of Chrome. MacOS has not forced me to use Siri or even Safari when using the assigned search button on the keyboard. I do much prefer the typing experience on the MBA over the Surface Pro 9. Both devices provide a good typing experience, but the fact the MBA M2 is not elevated like on the Surface Pro 9 makes the typing experience on the M2 much more comfortable for me. I also prefer the key travel on the M2 as the keyboard buttons are bigger, and better spaced than that on the Surface Keyboard. If you plan on using a device for work or school, where you will be required to type a lot I would recommend the M2. If you require your apps and programs to be consistently good, then I would recommend the M2. However, if you prefer a more tablet experience and you want the device to play nicely with your Android device, then the Surface Pro 9 is your device.

My daughter is using this for college and this turned out to be a great option for her! Light enough in weight, great battery life, and perfect specs for a college student! This thing will also last longer for her! (I'm an avid mac user) I also have to mention that The Best Buy located on Nicholasville rd staff in lexington KY was amazing! She had received an older version Macbook Air for a graduation gift and we were able to exchange it for the newer model.

I have switched from a PC to a Mac and love it! Everything works, no more slow computer because of the useless crap that needs to load when you open it up and need to get work done! I love, love, love it! Super fast and seamless transition from my iPhone to this Mac. I should have switched years ago!! The display is amazing and the speed is, well, faster then any PC I’ve ever used.

If you want something quick portable light weight for school like college this MacBook is perfect and getting it from Best Buy always ensures on time delivery/pick up and the best prices. I like the Midnight color but you do get a lot of fingerprint on the dash, I don't mind it. I just wipe it away with a microfiber cloth every once in a while. Highly recommend. Quick and responsive due to the M2 chip and fast speed for all processes.

Best Buy is awesome. I was able to trade in my old mac pro and grab the new air in store. I am a power user meaning docking stations, application development and over 40+ tabs yet I find the air quick and more capable than the pro(2018) I recommend the mac air for its quickness and ability to handle tons of usage. Get it, VERY much worth the money.

Perfect - speed, battery life,layout,appearance and size

Apple's updated design is a massive step in the right direction. Overall, I'd say they knocked this one out of the park. There are a few trade-offs, though. One of which is the lack of duel display ability. There are a few workarounds, but they will cost you an extra $200. Maybe they will reconsider this in the future. However, the pro models are better, but they are just so hard on the eyes. This is the perfect day-to-day machine. As long as you don't need to do powerful video editing, it's the right computer for most consumers.

This laptop is sleek but also well performing. The color is unique yet not too bold.

I am upgrading from a 2016 HP Envy. Let me just start off by saying, I really wish I had switched to the MacBook Air M2 sooner haha! So much faster! The speed excellent. The battery life is phenomenal. My first 100% battery charge lasted 29 hours. Used for during charge: light gaming, College, streaming, downloads, google, light photo sharing. This really is all you need.

Fast, sleek, and light weight. Great laptop for school.

This is an upgrade from MacAir mid 2019. The color is very nice, the midnight hue is more obvious on bright light. I like the new design and the feel of the butterfly keyboard. I custom order mine with the fast charger, this can be done if it is ordered directly from Apple. Performance wise, it is fast enough for my daily use, sometimes it feels as fast as my iPad M1. Overall it is a good buy.

LOTS of problems transferring from DELL to Apple even with Geek installation and setup. To many items NOT covered under the “setup”.
