I haven't personally owned a MacBook before, but I wanted to get one for a few different reasons. I can definitely say it has become my favorite laptop that I own, as it's very easy to transport and very easy to get on it and start going.

Great laptop at a great price. I had been waiting for the price to drop and of course it eventually did . My last mac laptop lasted 11 years and I expect this one to do the same.

I had an old MacBook Pro, 10 years old, so there's not much for me to complain about with this new MacBook Air. Yes, I wish it still played a disc, but that's progress (?). I had to purchase a USB adapter but that wasn't much. So far, this is easy to use and fast. Yes, I really like it!

This is the first time having a macbook it's very different and existing experience for me. Battery last so long, no regret so far

While the performance is good overall, it should be noted that unlike older models, it is NOT upgradeable. Meaning you CANNOT swap out the ram or the storage, and will be pretty much be stuck with whatever you get.

This was a great idea to be able to get a new Mac Book but unfortunately they quit doing this program. I wish they had continued the trade in option but as far as Best Buy they are great with products and services!

Honestly the money spent was well worth it! I love my macbook, i use it for school work and just everyday life uses!

definitely the right computer for what i need. i'm usually on zoom all day long and the battery life is great; i only need to charge every other day. i feel like it is sturdy and made well and i don't feel like it's going to break when it's in my computer bag.

Bought this for my wife and all I have to say is WOW! I have a fully loaded $5,000 14" MacBook Pro 64GB M1 as my personal computer and this new MacBook Air seems to be just as fast for normal email and web browsing tasks. Apple's new chips are insanely quick whether you are on the highest or lowest end of their offerings.
