Service disappointment

I simply closed it and reopened it an hour later and there were lines along the bottom and right side. I went to Best Buy to have it serviced and they told me it will take 2-4 weeks! That’s way too long for me not to have a functioning computer. I am a bit disappointed in this. The actual air book itself is wonderful.

The liquid retina display is incredible. Runs well for the most part, no issues or big complaints. I do wish it had USB and that I didn't need an attachment to use USB.
