    This was my first ever purchase of a MacBook. While I have an apple phone, watch, AirPods etc I’ve always been PC. I went in with an idea of what I wanted, a much more experience and unnecessary MacBook, the guy that helped me, steered me towards an open box that was much more in line with what I actually needed. Saved me hundreds of dollars and I got exactly what I truly needed! It was a very unexpectedly positive experience. Love my MacBook!

    Working with Best Buy was a delight. They made the purchase of a new computer easy. I was uncertain how to proceed and the person guided me with confidence to make sure I had the computer that seamlessly fit my needs. They then did the transfer of information from my old computer to the new computer. When I picked up my new computer, the person made sure everything was done correctly. He had me open the computer and check. I am incredibly greatful to local Best Buy! They made my life easy.
