I bought the MacBook Air for my granddaughter from Best Buy online and had it delivered to her. After about two weeks she said a dark horizontal line appeared in the screen. She was headed to an out of state University for summer classes, so don't know if she was able to take it her nearby Best Buy to have the Mac replaced or repaired, that is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Besides the dark line, she said works fine.

Significant upgrade from my 2012 MacBook Pro. The longevity of these MacBooks are amazing! With the addition of MS Office being Mac compatible now, it is very student friendly. I would recommend this MacBook to any parent shopping for their teen or college age student.

I love my new laptop! i recieve perfect! but i wont lie for me is all about adaptation why? because my last laptop was a DELL windows so I still adapting to macOS. Transfer document was easy but still having problems with OneDrive in Mac.

Incredible upgrade from my previous Mac Book Air. The fingerprint password for all of my logins is such a game-changer. My only issue is I think I got a defective device. The bottom rightside of keyboard has cracked where the hinge is.
