    Like the new laptop. My old one was past 10 years old and so happy I bought a new one. Geek Squad made a mistake loading and it took me hours to figure out what was wrong....I am NOT technical, thus the reason for the Geek Squad.

    I looooooove this laptop it's my first Macbook produce and to be honest i love how smooth it feels and it doesn't make no loud pad clicking noises compared to other laptops, highly recommended this one.

    Hi!!! so far so good; but I don't get it how come one of the members of "geek squad" hurry to charge me $.80.00 for a home visit for one of the support techs. and SURPRISE : when he show up to my residence he stated that: - you NOT suppose to pay nothing for my visit, and I can return your fee of $.80.00 that you been charged . . . . .

    This Mac is super light weight - that's the advantage over other laptops. I wouldn't say it's the fastest, but gets the job done. Of course, being an apple product it is priced high.
