Very great product!! Love the item use it everyday!

The MacBook Air 13.6 Laptop provided all the requirements I needed to complete the tasks for which it was purchased. I was very pleased with the purchase and the service I received from Best Buy.

Such an easy process buying through Best Buy. Although I knew what I wanted going in, I was amazed at how quickly the buying (and in this case ordering) my product was. They did help me assure though that what I was buying was what I needed. My product arrived on my doorstep 3 days after ordering. So happy! Highly recommend!

Within 2 weeks of initially purchasing this item, it went to just a black screen.. Made an appointment with Geek squad and they advised for me to return to store.. I did and was given another one to replace it. So far, new one has no issues.

Purchase was easy and customer service was extremely helpful. Laptop came quick and they weren’t lying when they said excellent condition. Software is perfect for my nightly netflix and completely my schoolwork with ease. Looks like it had never been touched!

I love the new design especially the hidden speakers.

This computer is good when your a college student.

I bought the MacBook because supposedly it was updated enough for me to take my cbest test on it. Although, when my appointment came along, I as not able to take my test because it was missing a program that was needed to start the test. I tried to download the program but unfortunately it never worked. Overall I did not take the test. I gave the MacBook to my daughter for her to do her college work on and she enjoys the MacBook.

Works perfect for my needs. I LOVE being able to connect all my devices with apple. My ONLY two complaints is I wish I could get Microsoft publisher on it and I chose the Midnight color thinking it was black but it is a dark navy blue.

great computer but under heavy stress (ex photoshop and lightroom) the 8 gb of ram starts to struggle. other than that its a solid laptop
