This was my first time buying a macbook, and as a college student it was a big purchase for the cost of it. I bought it and took it home and it was completely defective and didn't turn on or charge. It made me so upset because not only was the sales associate rude to me, but it didn’t even end up working. I went back and exchanged for a new one, a little worried it would happen again, but it has worked okay since I bought it.

My son ok with it, he wished it was bigger and clarity could be better lol but that’s what I decided to gift him with, hard to satisfy when it comes to electronics

Not clear the product come close to the hype. I am an Apple advocate but this round of products and the hype around the M2 chip just don’t deliver. Not that they are less than than the intel chip set but its not a leap forward

They asked me to do a review for a chance to win a gift card, so I'll give my honest opinion: I haven't had the unit long enough to decide, but I might need a bigger screen.

Great computer all around but 1year later and the charging port no longer work so I have to use a usb-c to charge through one of those two ports.

Exactly what I was looking for. I had a Mac for 5 years before switching to PC due to price. I only had the PC for 2 years before I decided to switch back. My PC was glitchy and slow. The quality and functionality of Mac laptops are clearly superior. Very happy with my purchase!

Great computer obviously, but when I asked about a military discount the said they don’t do it. The next day I got an email about using a military discount at Best Buy.

Nuch better off getting the pro the screen isnt that great

it is hanging, when i was open browsers it is taking 50 to 60 sec time.

To slow and the color gets dirty very fast otherwise it's really good

I still not very good with this laptop. Is this computer for those who are good with computers? Fortunately I have the Geek Squad.

this laptop is basically just a bigger version of an iPhone. Everything is styled like the iPhone display, which makes it feel like a phone and not a laptop. It’s made to have extremely simple functions, but they tried so hard to make it simple that they actually made it complicated to find whatever you’re looking for on it. Also, if you’re looking to do anything more than scroll the internet, be prepared to pay out the butt for every little additional application and subscription needed, because they make you pay extra for EVERYTHING. They wanted the video editing software to be so “simple”, that they removed all the tools and displays so you have to use keyboard shortcuts to do anything, but you have no clue what the shortcuts are, unless you google it and watch tutorials on how to find the hidden tools within the software. If you like puzzles and burning cash, this is for you!

I’ve owned Mac’s before but I’ve been a little disappointed honestly the Mac book pro from 2020 runs faster and better than this model it freezes up a lot on me and thats that I only use that computer for school, imagine if I had to do the work I do with my pro Honestly save your money and go for an older model

The 2022 MacBook Air is a nice update from a 2012 MacBook Pro. The new unit is being used for email, browsing internet and viewing media. In addition to the occasional video call and word processing need. Machine handles these tasks with ease.

Promised delivery delayed a few days, but arrived in good condition well before needed. All packaging in tact and in new condition. Overall pleased with the process of order and delivery. Of course, Apple products speak for themselves.

Apple needs to get their tranfsering from 1 mac to another mote seemless

Be really careful with bestbuy open box item. I bought a open-box M3 Macbook Air from Bestbuy. They sent me the Macbook with the serial numbers (or some other numbers - only they know!) that didn't match the one on the box by ONE letter. The manager lady at this store (her name is Odie, she refused to provide her employee/staff number) refused to help because she said her store didn't make that mistake so I have to talk to Bestbuy online because Bestbuy store can't help. I always believe Bestbuy is Bestbuy and this is a Fraud Case when they sent me an item with wrong serial number (or whatever that number the lady said!). To me, this is enough of Bestbuy. I now have to return online and very likely they will trick me and refuse the refund. I will open a law suit case if they do that. Let's see. Bestbuy has being going down hill so much and their customer service is horrible these day!!

1 day short of 5 months after purchase when I went to use Macbook, it was cycling with magsafe adapter flashing in concert with a white apple on the screen, then starting all over again. Called Apple - agent wanted to know where I got a magsafe adapter (it was in the box) and wanted me to purchase an Apple USB-C power adapter and try that before calling again. Was told it could not be shipped. When I asked why that was an option on the Apple website, agent relented but said Find My Device did not turn off on the Macbook. Finally brought it to an Apple store 100 miles away to be told Find My Device was actually turned off, the Macbook could not be revived and that it had to be shipped to Apple repair. That was 2 days ago and statuse is still "Your product will be shipped soon."
