I bought this scooter for my daughter to around the college campus for classes. So far we don't have any complaints. She said it works very well.

This is a great scooter for the size and power. You can make it up steep inclines. I enjoy the app that you need to download with purchase. Overall, it has worked well for me.

Great Scooter. Get me to & from work at a reasonable time(I've been walking to work for 8yrs). So if you can't afford a car or just don't feel like putting money in the tank and have a shortish commute, def get one you won't regret it.

First electric scooter, and loving it, battery last long enough its, fun and you can get to places with out a car. Only thing that was a down side not the scooter, but bestbuy with a 15 day return window.

Works just as it should. Is what the box says it is. Easy setup and install of parts. You only have to install the handlebar into the neck. Thats it.

I love my scooter it goes so fast. The brake control is also amazing on it.

So far so good. I use this scooter 5 times a week to go to work and back home. It's only about a 12 mile round trip. I don't really need to charge it too much during the week.

I purchased two of these scooters on an impulse seeing their lowered price on prime day. I bought one for myself and one for my GF since shes been obsessed after seeing them in cities. We live in the country, with a gravel driveway. I was a bit worried that they may not be able to handle the rough driveway and rough roads around here, but they are smooth as butter! They may not be the fastest thing on the market, but they are a nice joyride and are fun to use at full throttle. I alsoused it to get around a community garage saile we visited, and they were a blast there. Overall, i would highly recommend this scooter for casual use and getting around town!

The design is very cool and it stands out higher quality comparing other scooters you see on streets. Build quality looks solid. App is nice but you have to keep the app open if you want to record your ride. The top speed can be a con for some people but i am okay with it. However the maximum range they advertise is a complete joke. My work commute is 2.5 miles one way. I can only go 2 days with a full charge. I tested the scooter with it's ride statistics app and it did not pass 12 mile range. After testing the full battery 4 times and getting 12 mile max range, i exchanged the scooter with a new one but it did not change anything. If your expected max range level is more than 12 miles, look for other alternatives. One more con i can list is the braking. Brakes are not good. You have to be careful going on full speed because you need a long distance to stop.

This thing is a sled. Before i purchased i did my research and the reviews were mixed. I felt for the price ($419) it would be a good gamble, unfortunately i was wrong. Right out of the box i noticed it was bulky and large, unlike my Segway Ninebot it wouldn't fit in my trunk when folded. It has an alarm, which is a nice feature when locked, however if you lock it when in the car for security it will constantly go off when drivng (beeping, light coming on) and there is no way to turn it off with the app. I literally had to pull over and physically turn it on after waiting a few minutes and then open the app and unlock it to turn it off. Kind of defeats the purpose of having an alarm. Its very slow, my other scooter goes 21 mph and this one maxes out at 17 mph, and unlike other scooters there is no way to unlock it making it unique to the scooter world as virtually every other scooter has that capability. That 4 mile an hour difference is huge, surprisingly. Riding up hill at a 6% grade it slows to almost a halt, forcing me to push with my foot to avoid stopping (I'm 180 lb). The frame is solid, very sturdy and comfortable but the bars are too high for a child to ride, definitely for adult riders only. Folding it for transport is a pain in the butt Because you have to push a button then unlock a handle and fold down. Same when opening up, the button to release it is awkward and a real pain to re-engage when its up. I regret buying it and just missed the return window by a few days because i was sick. Bummer.

Bought it for my daughter, she’s around 110 pounds and absolutely loves it!! Holds a really great charge! Would’ve been nice if there were more option on speed selections but great scooter all around!

Great scooter! Only complaint is the speed and suspension. Pretty bumpy ride but it does its job!

First time scooter owner and I can actually say I’m very impressed by the quality of tech and mechanics used in building this machine. Usually takes me 25min to walk from parking garage to my job now it takes 5min. Highly recommended for short commutes.

Exame a fan of sxooters when commuring in chicago. Have used Lime and their group of ninebots. This scooter may be sligntly more bumpy on the ride, but it would be hard to really tell worhout equipment. Good acceleration. Easy to build, connect and ride. Tons of fun!

Best got me out of jamqith this great scooter deal. After reviewing many scooters and deciding on thos one. Nest buy was able to secure the scooter for my son ,wjo just started college. I bought online from los angles and it was available for pick by my son in Arizona. It was a great scooter with all.the new electronics and nacked up by best buy . O felt good buyong from best buy My son is enjoying his new scooter and its very reliable.

It’s a pretty good scooter especially for the price, I’ve been using it for work I gotta say I’m really surprised with it my job is about 8 miles from my house the best part I can charge it at work with no problem I would recommend this brand it’s really good
