Q: Is it capable of going uphill?
A: Yes, I ride it up a pretty steep bridge near my house and I’m about 265 lbs.
Q: Does best buy respect its 2 year warranty or do we have to deal with the actual company itself?
A: You have to deal with the company. They have HORRIBLE customer support. I submitted a repair request 16 days ago and have gotten zero response even after following up multiple times.
A: The BQi-C3 Pro tires (27.5 x 2.4”) are reinforced with a 1.5mm layer of KEVLAR® ARAMID FIBER inside the tire, providing excellent puncture resistance. They provide great traction and stability.
A: The scooter is rated IP54 weather resistant meaning it is splash resistant. However we do not recommend riding it on rainy days, slippery roads or over any water level that exceeds 2cm for safety reasons.
