I purchased this scooter for college and so far I have absolutely no complaints! It has a great range, goes just as fast as it needs to and feels extremely solid and well built. Also do not be deterred by the fact that it doesn’t have real suspension, the air filled tires make the ride super comfortable. As a bonus, the app is also very well designed and is very nice to use. There are some competitors that offer similar specs at a price point of around ~$100 less, but I wouldn’t go for them, this scooter is absolutely worth the price bump.

Yup 5 Stars, all things considered. I obsess over researching products before I buy. I usually buy the best model and buy from a reputable source like Best Buy. If you don't like it, take it to your local store for super easy return. I decided originally on the Niu KQi 3 Pro. It really is the best in class but after digging deeper I had an option from the same company for $200.00 less. I returned it, and ordered the KQi Pro and am so glad I did. It rides the same and can do 17.5 MPH, just a tad under the 20 of the KQi3 Pro. So speed is totally fine. If you are middle aged and up, start with slower speeds and build up. For me, this is a steal and perfect. I was on this for 4 1/2 hours and still had two bars to go. I set a fixed speed of 12 miles per hr for the first half of the ride. This will get you there. It also handled well during rain showers. Good luck and ride safe! - Steve

In the past two weeks Ive used this scooter at least 6 times. My longest trip was 7 miles, one way. The battery lasted long enough to get me there and back with maybe 15% left over. It handles bumpy road well. And is quick off-the-line. Max MPH of 17

Good scooter I’ve riding it for a few weeks only so far haven’t test it to the max and so far my impressions are that the scooter is well built, it seems very sturdy and something that will not break or fall apart easy. The scooter is fast enough I weight around 220 lbs and I’m able to reach the max advertised on a flat surface, going up hill on the opposite it gets very slow, but still moves sort of. Suspension and brakes could be improved, some shocks and electric brake would be great, but for the price this is your best option. The led also is great at night to see where you are going it offers a great range of visibility.

honestly the best scooter for the fun it packs and honestly i ride it every other day and battery hold strong and still charges well .id recommend this to every one this scooter is capable of holding the capacity weight limit witch is 220 . the tech it offers is really handy I can use the app that lets you access all the features like ride speed and or lock .also customize the ride such as setting on cruz control after 5 seconds of doing a single speed .and to end this review after almost a year it holds super sturdy and strong

Great Product, gives you a range of around 15-18 miles with the sports mode. Have been using it over a month now and is pretty good with control. Love its breaking, the build quality is also the best amongst this price range. The app is very east to use and can make things very easy for you. Gives you data on your rides and battery range, get software updates also, improving the breaking and range. The headlights are a projector ball light with a ring light that stays on 24/7. At night the tail light stays red, giving you better safety for someone to know you're riding the bike. Overall great experience.

Very good purchase, I have traveled almost 58 km on the scooter without it turning off, and the speed has risen to almost 19 mph, good brakes (front and back perfectly), good quality lights and Bluetooth connectivity to configure alarm and travel modes They won't regret the purchase

I purchased this scooter during a promo @ $420 as a birthday gift for my teenage son. He absolutely loves it. Right out of the box you could tell this was a well crafted scooter. The frame is very solid/sturdy unlike some others scooter i’ve seen. The setup was super easy, just needed to attach the handle-bar with the provided tools/screws. I initally had a bit of trouble with setting up the app but i would chalk it up to user error on my part since it was my first time dealing with one of these things. Some may disagree but I also enjoy the fact that the scooter kind of eases you into going top speed by forcing you to drive at a max 8mph for about 200m befire unlocking Sport mode. I noticed it allowed my son to gradually perfect his balance before he was confident enough to go full throttle. All in all if uoure lookinh for a great beginner scooyer that has some pep and hreat battery life you should go with NIU KQI2 pro

It’s much bigger than I expected it’s huge, it’s built insanely well which is great because these were for teenage boys. The light is bright the charge last. Absolutely in love with my purchase.

This is an excellent scootwr for the money. I weigh almost 200lbs and still easily get 17mph. Range is very good too. A bit heavy.

I have been nothing short of completely satisfied. I have had zero problems , so it’s well built , as advertised, great price for a lifetime of convenience/travels. Not to mention it’s light weight and battery lasts as it should . I highly recommend this scooter .

Ive had the Hiboy max 3 before, and it was so unstable i just couldnt ride it at over 15 mph. I sold it back and then bought the NIU KQI 2 Pro the very next day. I was absolutely impressed with the smoothness of the ride even at thr speed of 18 mph. It even has regen braking along with the drum brakes which just adds to the safety! Quite happy with this purchase, ive rode over 100 miles already!!

Very good scooter for teens, went Segway first and within the first year it fell apart. Went to Niu the next year for my sons birthday and its a very solid scooter that is very resilient.

What I like with this scooter is the battery which can reach to more miles and the speed can reach as high as 28mph. I like the aesthetics of the scooter with the led circle light and and its very bright at night when you turn the headlight..the brake light is very noticeable even at daytime. Overall its the best purchase I did! and My son loves it very much!

Very well built. Halo headlight is really bright, working brake light gets brighter when you press the brake. You can set the max speed which is nice if you want to limit the speed for someone. The app is really easy to use. You can lock the bike so no one can use it unless you unlock it with the app. For the price the kqi2 is a great buy !

This was a okay scooter at first but then after a few recharges it wasn’t charging right keep keeping me problems with the battery other then that great fast just the miles and how long it latest doesn’t satisfy me but I would buy again maybe I got a lemon stuff happens
