I have called to try to resolve this issue and was told that the Geek Squad person who arrived to connect the antenna and demonstrate its operation to the person in the Assisted Living Facility did not notice that the piece was missing, the piece that allowed the antenna to be plugged in the an electrical outlet. How could he not know? You have charged me for the antenna and for its installation. Without the missing piece, it is (obviously) not amplified and not working as advertised, ergo a zero star review. I cannot not believe that customer service could be so inept and insensitive to the needs of a disabled veteran. Perhaps I should contact the local news media and let them know of about Best Buy's attitude toward its customers.
