Sound quality is below average. Far inferior than some other brands available in market.

Headphones are better than the last ones but the battery life sucks and not many options on the app and you cant manually control the eq

They missed the mark on a secure fit. These buds are the most unstable fit I've had with buds. I tried running with these a few times and they would just become loose, fall out or sweat would get into my ear and distort the sound. I tried all of the fit types that come with these buds and no success. I'll be discarding these and buying another brand that fits better. Compared to the competition, these buds get half of the battery life at the same price.

They don't hold a charge. Too fat in my ear. The color is nice

It’s not Best Buy it’s the product. This is the worst $300+ dollars I’ve spent. The Samsung app is not compatible with the iPhone, and with that being said you can’t not change songs, because that a setting feature you have to change through the Samsung app, but again it’s not compatible with the iPhone.

the good: - sound quality - Sound quality for these is actually surprisingly good. (I'll save sound *signature* details for below). Details are crisp and clear, with strong but not overpowering bass. So then how could sound be good but tuning be bad? - design - I love the super slim matte black design of these. Great for throwing into your pocket when on the go. - ANC - While not necessarily up to Apple or Bose standards, still very good in my experience. - charging - both wireless QI and USB C - call quality - In my testing, call and mic quality is quite good and can be used as daily drivers for Zoom, Teams, etc. the bad: - tuning - If sound quality is good, then how could tuning be bad? This is, of course, a matter of personal taste, but for me the sound signature is lacking. Sound stage (where instruments sound like they are in relation to each other) is mostly non-existent...everything is basically crammed up inside your head with no space between the sounds. In addition, the highs, while admittedly sound great, are a bit too forward and fatiguing. It is possible to use EQ to tune some of this out, but it can't be changed completely. misc: - iphone vs. android use - As expected, these buds have some additional features when connected to an android device, which i did not test. i tested with an iphone, but with an android phone supposedly you get all of the fast switching/easy pairing etc that you get with say, apple airpods and an iphone. with my testing on an iphone, they are simply earbuds. - battery life - These things are tiny even with the case, so it doesn't surprise me that the battery life isn't amazing. They are in line with other buds of this size though...5-ish hours on buds alone, another 5-6 charges from the case. - contols - The controls aren't bad by any means, pretty standard for buds. My only issue is that they, seemingly like every other bud on the market, are super easy to hit when simply adjusting them during use. Not a huge deal, more of a nit-pick. overall: A solid entry from Samsung, these buds aren't perfect but do more than compete with other similar entries in the market. I would put them on par with Apple airpods pro, but certainly not up there with the likes of Sennheiser momentum buds in terms of sound quality alone. 4 stars.

I really don't like these. I love the old ones better. These will not stay in my ear at all so I gave them away.

I was excited to get these only to realize that they are big and doesn't fit smaller ears. Had to return.

Everything worked out well in my own experience and i will recommend to anyone that need one

Exceptional product.Arrived in a timely manner. Extremely pricey though unfortunately.

These fall out my ear. They won’t connect to the app and they hurt after a period. I preferred my older generation jelly beans. I wish I would have just got another pair instead of upgrading. Also the tapping to change or answer a call sucks. I tried for a week, it just doesn’t work.

They are noise canceling. Only thing i gotta complain is how they fit on my ear.

Improper fit and keeps falling off , I just opened today and it keeps making strong beeping noise

Bought them with the expectation of these lasting a full working shift when in reality they only last about 3 hours on a full charge. Their description of battery life is lacking dramatically. So returned them and now shopping for something that actually will last 8-10 hours per charge.

I love them. Amazing quality and they stay charged for awhile and stay in.

Just buying the brand. These suck! They only last 5 hours and when hair is wet it pauses on it own. They fall out so much. It's so frustrating!
