That has different workouts such as stepes, and distance with a really good gps. The one recommended is bestbuy membership which offers a free training to get the most of a very impressive gadget

The only bad part of this watch is the wrist band it comes with i couldnt get it on tightly by myself it took me awhile to even get the watch put on correctly but if i change it out with a different band it should be alot better.
