This is completely unacceptable. The “new” item I purchased was open and had been used. Be careful if you order these from best buy. They were also very difficult to get connected to my phone. The Bose music app failed to connect the headphones almost 30 times. There was no useful troubleshooting on the app either. Very disappointed.

Awful Earbuhs

The noise cancellation is really good but not worth the issues. If you work with gas powered tools these randomly give a loud distorted noise that hurts the ear. Bose sent me a 2nd pair and they worked good for a year but now they're plagued with issues. The 1st pair has issues straight out the box. Waste of money, seriously.
