    The only thing i dont like about them is the left earbud just doesnt fit my ear. Ive tried every combo of peices to get the right fit and it just slowly slips out of my ear. Im pretty sure its my ear not the product but it still is aggravating.

    I really like Bose and was excited about this, but when listening to music it seemed like it wasn’t getting the volume right. Ended up returning and getting Apple Earbuds Pro 2.

    Love the sound but when you can only use the right ear piece all the time. For the amour of money they cost I should be able to use the left just like the right one. Still debating on returning them.

      You requested it, and we've made it happen! The latest firmware update makes using either the left or right earbud for music and/or phone calls possible. Connect the earbuds to the Bose Music app to download the update and enjoy independent earbud usage!

    Excellend sound. They are a lot more comfortable than the previous version. I don't give it 5 stars because the headphones have a second sound that the previous version did not have and sometimes the sound is uncomfortable.
