Didn’t have time to return them so now I’m stuck. Also there is no “find my” option for this set. Yes, my child has mis-placed one of the ear buds and I can’t find it. The “find my” option would have definitely come in handy. I thought all wireless buds came with that option. Had to add/delete the app multiple times when trying to connect them to my iPhone. Overall unhappy with this purchase

He walked me through my different choices and prices? Answered my questions and wow I no I got exactly the product I was shopping for. The product does not feature any physical buttons so the touch controls are imperative to be able to communicate with the source device. If you're finding the controls intrusive, why is that? Call Quality - extremely disappointing

Call quality is 1/5 and that's being extremely generous. Bose was great to work with directly and had my original pair replaced quick and easy. However, the call quality on the second pair is just as horrible as the first. Everyone either cannot hear me when I'm talking at all or I appear to be extremely far away from the mic. It's extremely disappointing because the sound quality is so good. Especially at the price you pay.

It's great to hear you were impressed by the sound quality and noise cancelling offered by the QC Earbuds II. I'm sorry, however, to hear were disappointed by call quality. You did the right thing by reaching out to support for assistance, as this shouldn't be happening. I'm sorry to hear the replacement did not exceed your expectations.
Remember, you need to keep your phone within 10m for best performance and having the correct fit/angle in the ear can have a huge impact on how the beamforming mics direct and triangulate sound from the mouth to the earpiece.

Much more bass, much smaller package. Teams call could use some work (one piece lags by a split second behind the other but it sounds really annoying). I assume this will be fixed soon by an update.

While I could feel bass depth, I could not actually hear the bass guitar in classic rock songs. I hoped great things for these buds, but they missed the mark. The app often did not connect and call quality was unacceptable. After loving the 700 series over ear headphones, these were not worth keeping. Nobody mentions how poor the call quality is.
