Not good on calls, but really good on media.

Listening to media is nice and loud, but talking on the phone it sounds low and people confirm it to be that way when I ask them. I'm almost to the point of returning them of they don't update these.

Headphones need to be synced over and over. Long time Bose customer but these rival gas station headphones when it comes to quality. Sound is great when they work but constantly failing to connect to my phone which should never happen at this price point.

On every call that I take with these earphones, the person I am talking to says they can't hear me or can only hear background noise. The Bluetooth connection is also poor, I have had consistent issues connecting from my phone. That issue seems to only be on mobile - my laptop connects without any problems.
