Countless pairing issues, they reset while using them frequently, if they aren’t seated in the case perfectly they won’t charge. Oh and the touch controls are just nonsense.

The earbuds do need to sit in the case correctly to charge, however this should be a simple case of dropping them gently into the case. If you're experiencing issues, try resetting your earbuds manually - this may also fix the reset loop and pairing issues. Keep in mind that it’s common for left and right ears to vary slightly in shape, so sizes may not match from left to right. Also, eartip and stability band sizes may be mixed and matched (such as using a size small eartip with a #3 stability band).
