    They were a present so far she has had zero complaints and says she loves them I also have a pair and the are with me all the time and for me mine were the best money spent on a product

    I liked almost everything about them. They sounded fabulous but they kept falling out of my ears. I returned and bought overear model.

    Waste of Money

    Purchased these headphones 2 days ago for my international flights. I have completed one flight and already the right ear bud is not working. I have tried resetting and doing all the things. Now they wont connect at all. I can't even return them for my money back as I am traveling for 2 months. Do your self a favor and don't buy these.

    One earphone stopped working after a week of use. The sound is good, but the bass is weak

    Returned the First Pair, Threw Away the Second

    As usual, Bose sound quality is amazing. The issues are with the connectivity and noise cancellation. Continually having to reset/reconnect, then eventually quit working all together. The original (first generation) Bose QuietComfort Earbuds were the best!

      If you are having issues with them staying connected, Try clearing the Bluetooth device list on the product itself and removing them from the phone,
      With the earbuds in the charging case and the case open, press and hold the button on the back of the case for 15 seconds. Wait until the earbud's status light blinks white twice and then slowly blinks blue.

    connection issues all the time..I have to put back in case several times to connect..horrible phone conversations.. while listening if you hit a bump always popping sound!! great music playback if you are sitting still!! they need a recall to work out issues

    I have big hands and taking these in and out of my ears is difficult. There are very small earphones but work pretty well.
