Quiet and Comfort.

I can wear them all day and the sound quality is phenomenal. I bought them to use with MS Teams, and they did not disappoint. My only con is that they don’t change devices on their own like my AirPods

Aware mode works great to in a watejousr environment it keeps yhe loud controlled but still allows communication with coworkers. Of courae the sound quality is is good typical of what you expect feom Bose.

My husband purchased a another bose earbuds for a Christmas gift (this is the second pair) these also will not connect

save yor money

After about 5 weeks have a hard time getting them to connect to my devices and stay connected. Takes about 8 minutes before they stay connected. Have tried all the recommended fixes.

Posted .It's great to hear you were impressed by the noise cancellation and sound quality, but sorry to hear you've had problems with connections. That certainly shouldn't be happening. Generally bad connections can be attributed to being too far from the source device, nearby interference, or corrupted pairings. I'd recommend moving to a different environment, keep the buds and source device close by, and establish new connections if all else fails.

Good but not great

If the earbuds detect a medium to loud noise, they turn on noise canceling 100% and turn it off after the noise stops. Very annoying driving my truck and every bump the earbuds are going into and out of noise canceling continuously. Returning until Bose can get an aware mode to work like my air pod pros.

The hardware is excellent, but can never connect

However, after the initial pairing, literally every single time after that, the earbuds won't connect to my phone. I've tried every solution on the website, and have factory reset multiple times, but nothing works. Other brands I've tested never had a problem like this, even once, over the past 5 years. Save your money and time, and get either the Google Pixel Buds or Sony equivalent of these. Not worth the hassle.
