Its a winder they aren’t available anymore. Constant connectivity issues. Charging can be annoying. Constantly falling out of ears when working out. The fit is not good. I prefered the older style. These suck.

And i had to reach out to the customer care and they replaced which worked perfectly fine. Instead of buying from best buy directly buy from product store. Or never buy these . I highly dont recommend these . I saw youtube and there are lot of people who has connectivity issue with one of the buds. They had to do reset and sometimes it wont happens. I regret buying these and wasting my time talking to bose and get the new ones with more than 10 days of processing time . Go with apple in apple store easy to exchange or return

Just scan the QRC with your phone, and app downloads. Walks you through features and that's it! The noise cancelling it TREMENDUS! Plus you can set how much noise cancelling you want. Expensive but worth it, especially if you work in an office with others, walk outside for excursive or need to clearly hear what's being said. Great for online or any remote classes.

The sound was amazing. However, once you had to make a call and speak to someone you, it was horrible.

The buds come with a variety of different sized tips and stability bands to ensure you get the absolute best fit. Remember, fit is important to keeping them in your ears, but also have a major effect on the sound quality. Be sure to check the "Fit Check" section of the Bose Music application to ensure you have the best possible fit.
With calls, please make sure that your buds are inserted into the ear correctly so that the microphones on the buds are directly pointing towards your mouth. The mics target your mouth so if they're not in the ear at the correct angle this could affect call quality.

Wind noise and popping sounds.

A few times I have had crackling and popping noises. I tried using these while on a motorcycle and they will fit under a helmet. The only issue is that the noise cancelling does not work with the wind noise. The noise cancelling is either slow to react, or over reacting and creates a loud popping noise. Its pretty distracting. No matter what level of noise cancelling you out it at, the popping persists. Will be returning. Complaints have been consistent for the last year plus since these came out, but apparently Bose refuses to offer a solution/fix.
