    Bought this for doing workouts since my b&o keep on falling. Everything fits perfectly and it does seal the sound so accurately I barely hear anything.

    These started acting weird, not wanting to connect to ny phone, disconnecting randomly and the sound quality started being horrible and crackly. I don't even have a year with them, 6 months in and they started acting up.

    Worst BlueTooth connection. No Auto pairing.

    blue tooth connectivity is the worst. No auto pairing what so ever. Each time I want to listen I have to go through the pairing process which would fail 90% of the time. I then have to reset the earbuds by put in back to the case and click hold the pairing button for 40 seconds and repeat. This happens when the earbuds are 100% charged. I bought this for traveling and I don't see myself sitting in public (airport,...) to go through this pairing each time I want to listen to something. My much cheaper headphone is much faster in connect.

    A little disappointed to be honest. With the medium ear buds the quiet mode works fairly well. With the small ear pieces it doesnt work as well. I expected more from Bose. The sound quality falls very short of my expectations as well. Should of went with the Bose 700's.

    Left Earbud Defect

    I am a huge fan of Bose systems and was quite excited to own their product. However, I find myself very disappointed in the end. II purchased my Bose Earbuds approximately 4months now and I just realized that the left earbud does not work without the right earbud outside the case or if the right earbud has no charge. At first I thought I was doing something wrong, but I had both buds in and when the right one died, the left stopped working. I only put the left one in because I was notified that the right earbud was low on battery while in use. This is a huge inconvenience for me. For as much as I paid for this set, I'm quiet disappointed with this. I will be contacting the Geek Squad for a resolution.

      With Software version 1.3.x or later, you can now use either the left or right earbud for Independent Single-Bud Use. This new feature lets you seamlessly switch between your earbuds, and if one earbud runs out of battery life or disconnects from Bluetooth, the other will automatically take over.     I had connection issues.. I am also not sure about how well they fit.. I am going to purchase them again during the Black Friday sale so that I have more time with them because of their longer return policy..

    good earbuds, the big issue with me is it hard for people to hear me when i take a call, i usually have to turn off the Bluetooth and continue the conversation.

The buds are updated via the Bose app, while the charging case is updated via the Bose updater at https://btu.bose.com/. If that doesn't help, make sure the mic holes on the edge of the earbuds aren't blocked.     The sound canceling is good, but they do not stay in your ear very well. Which becomes annoying especially while traveling. Also the connectivity with your phone is not as seamless as AirPods.

You should take some time to experiment with different eartip and stability band sizes to arrive at a combination that suits you. Keep in mind that it’s common for left and right ears to vary slightly in shape, so sizes may not match from left to right. Also, eartip and stability band sizes may be mixed and matched (such as using a size small eartip with a #3 stability band). If you find that you need alternate sizes, extra small and extra-large eartips and stability bands are available through Bose Support, contact us via https://bit.ly/3UNtwsQ

    Poor fit and connection issues … often skips mid-song, and lack of secure fit renders ANC less useful than expected. (This is using special request XL silicon ear tips)
