They cancel noise in restaurants for one. The latest innovation is the aware mode. When you want to speak to people at your table you can go to this mode and you hear them clearly. No need to remove the buds. It is the closest product to total silence that you can get for the money. My husband loves them.

Very disappointing Bose.

Posted .Hello, it's great to hear you feel the sound quality is excellent on these and that you feel these are the best. The earbuds come with soft eartips and stability bands that come in three sizes. You can also take the Fit Test in the Bose Music app to make sure it’s just right.

The passive sound is good. But i could not get these to fit snug in my ear. i tried all the different tip sizes and they would still fall out. I will stick with beats fit pro's
