Every time I adjust the position of the earbud, I end up starting/stopping music or hanging up on someone. There should be an option to disable touch controls in the Bose app. Just like I can do with my old Google Pixel earbuds. I've also had problems connecting the earbuds to my phone. Sometimes I remove them from the case and they won't connect. Put them back into the case, close it, and try again. Then it'll connect.

Best noise canceling and transparency / aware mode

Very natural. Bass is nice and full. Overall like then much better than the AirPod Pros. Also don’t need to use my over ear headphones anymore since the noise cancelling on these is even better.

Overall I don’t enjoy the haggle it takes just to connect them but when they do work they are very great. The touch sensor is very sensitive so while adjusting they do skip your music or turn it off. I dong also like that you have to connect them through the bose app and then it’ll work with your regular Bluetooth settings. Would I repurchase them NO. But nice color and great when they do connect.

So much better than the AirPod Pro

After having look for an AirPod replacement after my second pair began failing after 11 months of use (about the same as my first pair and both had struggled with intermittent muddy mic quality), I picked these up and the difference is stunning. Even the noise cancel is better.
