Despite ordering an attachment, the issue was not resolved. Although a 15-day return policy was in place, after exhausting all avenues for improvement, I missed the window for returning the item. Consequently, I ended up squandering $200.

As great as your QuietComfort Earbuds II sound together, we know there are times when you want to use just one of your earbuds. You can now use either the left or right earbud for Independent Single-Bud Use. This new feature lets you seamlessly switch between your earbuds, and if one earbud runs out of battery life or disconnects from Bluetooth, the other will automatically take over.
To access Independent Single-Bud Use, please update the software on your QuietComfort Earbuds II to version 1.3.26 or later.
