Sorry to hear that you're having concerns with the fit of your earbuds, You should take some time to experiment with different eartip and stability band sizes to arrive at a combination that suits you, providing a gentle seal and a comfortable experience. It’s common for left and right ears to vary slightly in shape, so sizes may not match from left to right. Also, eartip and stability band sizes may be mixed and matched . If you find that you need alternate sizes, extra small and extra-large eartips and stability bands are available through Bose Support.

There was an audible noise produced from the noise canceling feature. Did a search online to see if there was a fix, and I saw others mentioning the same thing. Sounds like it is an issue for certain ears. I’ve had multiple active noise canceling headphones, and this is the first time that I’ve had that issue. Promptly returned them.

Didn't work, got replacement that also didn't work

Got a replacement in store which also did not work. Geek squad attempted to troubleshoot, no luck. Great return policy though, I got a full refund.

My only complaint is they fall out of the ears easily, but do not let that stop you from purchasing the best sounding earbuds ever!

The ANC has 4 settings and its awesome. The sound settings are really easy to use and the sound that it provides is really really amazing.
