    Good sound, good technology (it announces who is calling from your phone) but noise canceling isn’t as good as my Sony. I bought these to mow the lawn, but it really doesn’t cancel the nouse from the mower. The Sony does.

    A week... only one hearing aid works... The left one stopped working and it's a problem to connect them to the iPhone every time they are going to be used

    Literally already broke after a month. Went for a run and it rained a little bit and now the left one doesn’t work. Hopefully Bose is sending me a replacement

      Hi Justin, I'm sorry to hear your earbuds broke after being water-damaged, the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II are IPX4 rated which means they Provide a limited amount of protection from liquids entering the product. The protection is up to and including splashing water from 360 degrees of direction for a limited amount of time. It is not intended to provide ingress protection from liquid jet streams or liquid submersion. The IPX4 rating is not a permanent condition and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear.

    Junk earbuds

    Bose used to be a great brand but after two pairs of ear buds that are junk it doesn’t seem to be a brand i’d buy again. The 2nd pair i bought is a year old and left earbud is full of static and sounds like crap. Waste of $300 apple earbuds are way better and less expensive.

If the left bud of your QuietComfort Earbuds II is producing static, then this could be due to the "noise floor" that is present in all electronics with active technologies such as noise cancelling.     Amazing sound extremely poor quality I pushed this on December 31 and today is January 31 and they broke already don’t buy amazing sound quality poor made material

    My old sony xm4 broke, got these as a replacement. The ANC is not as good, but that may have to do with probably getting a bad pair since they broke right away

    Initial impressions were all positive. The QC2 buds are more slim and I feel a better fit than the series 1. They feel much more secure in my ears and hold up to any strenuous workouts. The overall sound is of course outstanding as is everything Bose makes. Bass is solid and you can do small adjustments via the Bose app. Noise cancellation is also better than its predisessor. I also like you can now skip forward and backwards to songs and not have to pick one or the other. What I am having issues with is the synching of the buds to my phone. I did not have this issue with my previous QC1 buds. I did update the software after receiving them just to be clear. They do connect but its been at least three times now they have failed to connect and I had to re-pair them. It becomes an issue if you dont take the charging case with you for instance into the gym etc. The noice cancelation still will work even if not paired. Otherwise these are outstanding, but obviously connectivity is key. Ill continue to use them and hopefully an update can fix this.
