If I had to give a complaint, the magnet for the charging case's lid is weak enough that it opens if you try to pick it up by the lid which has caused me to drop it twice. I'd hardly consider that a serious enough complaint to warrant not giving the best headphones I've ever owned 5 stars.

Even when following instructions and connecting them to your devices, they'll stop working the next time you want to use them. It's a chore to get them to work, but you'll forget about it until the next time you try to use them. The microphone quality is extremely poor, and the sound cancelling is nothing remarkable. The only redeeming quality these earbuds have is their low sound spectrum. Spend your money elsewhere

Battery life don't last long

Thank you for posting. The battery life of the earbuds is 6 hours. The charging case has and additional 18 hours. With a 20 minutes quick charge it will give you for up to 2 hours of normal use already. Hope this information helps.
