    I purchases on April 8, 2023 It’s been four months and I already having problems with the earbud one doesn’t hold a charge and the other side has a lot of static

      Hello Leonel. I recommend that you check that your earbuds' stability bands are firmly seated on the earbud, if the stability band is not flush to the earbud it can cause the earbud to sit incorrectly in the case, preventing it from charging.     Under no circumstances should you buy these ear buds. The right ear stopped taking a charge less than two months after I wasted $200+. Absolutely NOT worth the money!

    I returned these headphones, My beat pro bud were way better with noise cancelling and sound. Also they were $180 cheaper. Very disappointed in the bose.

    These were either poorly made or defective when they arrived. When on silent mode, if someone closed a door, there was a thunderous/deafening “boom” that would hurt my ears.

    Terrible battery life, headphones have a design defect and tried to return to bestbuy and they refused because they are outside of their 15 days return policy.

    Does Lightning Strike Twice with the Bose Earbuds?

    In a word, yes. It’s not very often that you find a set of headphones that you absolutely love and think that it’s the best product there is until a new iteration comes out. Bose has done a terrific job with this latest iteration of their Quiet Comfort Earbuds. Set up is easy, download the Bose Music App, turn on your device’s Bluetooth and you can easily connect the Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds II to that device. The sound quality is excellent. The build quality is excellent. The little charging is excellent. Battery life is excellent. These earbuds are very comfortable for long term usage. There are multiple EQ settings you can set as well. The negative to that is the need for a separate app to set up different profiles depending on the use. I use the Quiet setting quite often and it really does completely dampen all sounds around you. These are comparable to over ear headphones in my opinion and they do a terrific job simulating this. The sound quality is so good on these. These are a great product and a great example of a new iteration of an existing phenomenal product!

    It was great for the first week, then started having imbalance of audio fade between earbuds and multiple pairing issues even after multiple software updates, going to return it!
