    Not long hair friendly

    I give these 1 star for one reason they cost over 200 dollars but Bose can’t add a freeze feature? I have decently long hair it passes my ears and anytime I workout and get slightly sweaty or my hair gets slightly wet all I hear is the stupid voice switching modes, “immersion, aware, quiet” and it repeats forever!!!! If Bose added a freeze feature where the earbuds can’t get messed up by sweat then these would be great. Not long hair friendly in the slightest I’d return these asap if I didn’t go over the 14 day return policy. If you have long hair do no buy these or if you sweat more than normal, other than that these earbuds are actually really good, noise cancellation audio,etc but the connecting is a little annoying having to have a whole app for it but it’s not that bad, just get a freeze feature bose please

      To use the touch controls, the user is required to tap, swipe or hold an earbud. Due to this, it could be that your current set of earbuds are overly sensitive, as long hair and sweat shouldn't actually cause the issues you've described.     Very poor battery backup. Plus it forces you to use both earbuds at same time

      The earbuds are expected to last up to 6 hours at normal listening volumes, with the case holding 3 full charges for the earbuds. If you're not getting the expected battery life, please reach out https://bose.life/38DNELy for support.

    Love them!!! I had a hard time finding comfortable earbuds because my ear canals are small or something. I bought and returned so many, but when i found these my search for comfortable, well fitting and quality sounding earbuds was over. I'm super happy with my QC earbuds II.

    These were given as a gift and I have had nothing but positive feedback from the person who received. They say sound is great, particularly bass . They are extremely happy with them and would definitely recommend.

      The headphones should work with any device that supports Bluetooth audio streaming. The iPhone 13 being no exception.     They suck

    I hate them. I was hoping to upgrade my first gen Bose QuietComfort (which I loved), but these just suck. There’s a crackling sound that comes and goes out of one side, it drops then picks up music. Half the time if you don’t take the other earbud out fast enough, it doesn’t connect and the only work around I’ve found is to pop them both back in the case. The sound quality is good and so is the noise cancelling, but they also fall out of my left ear, not matter how much I play around with the fit. I hate them and I’m pretty annoyed at Bose for releasing this garbage, bc it definitely isn’t up to their standards. I’m not about to turn around and buy another pair in the Ultra version either. And it seems like they released a slightly cheaper version before the ultra to try to get you to think “Oh these aren’t great, let me get the better ones for more money.” I’ll be shopping for another brand next time.

    Boar Ear buds review

    These earbuds are terrific. I downloaded the instruction booklet which is super helpful. I love being able to adjust the noise levels & blocking the outside sound. They fit well, & are not bulky feeling in my ears. The charging is easy too. So glad I got these.

    I am impressed with the noise cancelling feature. This was a great gift and my first pair of earbuds. I use them less than an hour a day so i hardly charge the case. They are comfortable to wear.

    fantastic noise cancelling, but will overcompensate for sudden loud noises (will feel like your skull is being depressurized). sound quality is pretty good for wireless earbuds, though i still miss the wired variants. best of any wireless ive had. only reason its not 5 stars is the fact they got rid of the hooked earpiece, so they dont stay in very well. constantly having to twist it back in. they also arent huge sizes for the bands, and you cannot order larger even off the website. if they fixed that, immediate 5/5

    Sure something better might come along, but do let waiting keep you from experiencing comfortable fit, great noise reduction and awesome sound. For a few bucks more I got a lanyard holder on Amazon to attach for extra safety when doing activities

    There are two reasons why I gave this product five stars. One is they are a fantastic set of ear buds, the quality is second to none. But the one thing I just couldn’t believe is I was s using them then decided to get in our pool. I had taken the ear buds out and put them in my swimming trunks earlier while I was cutting grass. I was in the pool for about an hour. I then remembered about two hours later they were in my pockets of the trunks. I took them out, wiped with a dry towel, then charged them and they work like nothing happened. So, are they waterproof? Well mine are that’s for sure. I wouldn’t recommended this be done, but if you forget and they do get wet or are submerged like mine were they will be fine.

    No longer a Bose Loyalist

    Ive ONLY done bose headphones as they usually smoke the competion in quality. Ive never compromised solely due to price. I was excited to try these as i liked the previous wired versions. These have great noise cancelling, comfortable, and sleek. However, the main drawback is pretty much its main funcionality which is connectivity. I constantly had to reset them with my phone (google pixel 4). Would rabdomly disconnect as well. Left one wouldnt work unless the right one was out of its case. This wasnt an issue relatef to it trying to connect to other devices as well af i made sure to troubleshoot befoee ultimately realizing the culprit were the headphones themselves. Highly disappointed as i bought these and the 2 year geek squad protection. I will be returning these and hopefully Bise will take all the same reviews and realize they need to fix the common issue.

    What dogs?

    Love these - they even cancel out the barking of two 75lb dogs when someone leaves a delivery at our door! It was easy to change the sizes for a better fit.
