I’ve had these earbuds for around 8 months and they are nearing the point of being unusable. The touch commands have weird sensitivity where I’ve tried to tap-to-pause something ten times over and eventually have to find the connected device in order to pause the music. Yet when making minor adjustments while in my ear, the volume will drastically change and songs will skip/pause/start over with barely a touch. The bluetooth connection is also unstable, randomly disconnecting and reconnecting during a listening session. The case is bulky and cheap feeling; the lid giving to the slightest of touches causing the earbuds to scatter should you ever drop them. Occasionally, when switching between which device they are connected to, the usually good sound quality can become ‘canny’ and far away sounding. The earbuds also have a tendency to randomly stop playing audio while remaining connected to a device. The only way that I am ever able to remedy most of these problems is by making my devices forget the earbuds and re-establish their connection, which circles back to the back-and-forth disconnect/connect issue. *When* I can get them to consistently work for a period of time, I do typically enjoy my listening experience, hence giving these 2 stars instead if one. However, the knowledge that multiple times a day I’m going to need to spend 5-30 minutes just for them to function properly for a few hours at a time is enough that I prefer sitting in silence while I wait for a different pair of earbuds to be delivered to me.

The latest version of the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II True Wireless Noise Cancelling headphones is Bose's latest achievement. The sound quality is on point and will not disappoint. I am and will always be a loyal customer because of the innovative, technological, and sound producing capacities their products have to carry their consumers off into a tranquil-like ecstasy environment or whatever he or she enjoys. The noise cancelling is far SUPERIOR than Apple's products. I was amazed at how crisp the sound is when using the noise cancelling option when I compared it to my over the ear headphones Bose QII 35. The battery lasted roughly around 6 hours for me and if you need a quick boost, charge for 15min and you will get more than enough time to get you through the workday. The best part is the size of the new case is compact enough to either fit into your pocket or rap-sack. Give it a try, you won't regret it. If you are not satisfied, BestBuy has always honoured the word with accepting returns if you are unsatisfied.

The noise cancellation is great also very comfortable.

Great item, noise cancellation is really supreme and when the quiet mode is off you can still hear everything else around you really clearly. You can adjust all EQ levels with the Bose app. I would highly recommend this even though the price can be high, it is a quality product and very reliable.

The bass is incredible and stays put when walking and working.

Bose always makes a good product, I made this earbud purchase the earbud have a good noise canceling feature and, unlike many earbuds, these are also water resistant.

The AP2 have really good ANC but the bose beat them & in comfort too

I purchased these to replace my sonywf1000 xm4 because after a update the batt use dropped to 20 mins per charge and i did not appreciate the timing (same time as the xm5 release) any who I thought the sound stage of the Bose was missing something compared to the Sony's . But the ANC was the best out if all my buds. However the deal breaker is the call volume to them im super loud to me it sounds as if they have a hand over their mouths and i work in a noisy environment so it helps if the call volume would go a decibel above a whisper

Replaced 3 yr old Soundsports with these and am surprised how much better sound quality is. Noise canceling is impressive for something that fits in your ear and love them. Take some time to experiment with the ear tip and stability band sizes, large-small,medium-small etc. and you can find all day comfort. Sizes may even vary for left and right ear as your ears may not be the same. Aware mode is great for hearing what is going on around you. At first people I was talking to on the phone said background noise was intolerable. Turn off "Activesense" and that will fix that with no consequence to your listening enjoyment. Maybe not the best choice if your main use is phone calls but I would not let that stop you from trying them. Controls work very well with a little familiarity. Bluetooth quality is much improved over my old Soundsports. I would definitely buy them again as well as recommend them.

In have had bose qc35s for long long time and like that they keep going and dont break in under 2 yrs like my airpods2 pro which 1 stopped working. Stoppoint yhe review here as best buy app doesnt allow me to scroll up while writing a review so lets see how my tyong ahows up without being able to scroll as thr keyboard is over this tect as i am tuong so i cant see what i anm tyong

I purchased this product after reading its specifications. Very nice sound, very nice noise cancellation, i used it at a place of construction there was quiet. But when we turned back to phone calls which involved microphones, is where i got disappointed. I think the manufacturer can improve microphones quality. When the wind blows the microphones gets interrupted completely, the second person cannot hear anything. Very disappointing.

Beautiful, the juice is worth the squeeze. Once you put these in your ears, the buds will sense the pressure and respond accordingly. They give you this clear signal that they are in your ear. Once both go in, the world goes quiet, and I am not kidding. The sensation of the noise cancellation was amazing, and the sound quality is top notch. I would recommend to ANYONE.
